Shadows Gathering Kashira Theatre
Writer, actor, model and motivational speaker
At the age of 14, Martin Hopley was diagnosed with a brain tumour and then diagnosed terminally ill at the age of 17 but through a remarkable combination of positive thinking and healthy eating taught to him by a herbalist, he is still very much alive and he used to explain his first hand experiences of life and death in a humorous and memorable experience to schools, colleges and universities as part of General Studies, PSHE, SEN, English or Psychology lessons.
Now he has moved on and is embarking on using his creative talents and unique life experiences to write fictional stories of a unique calibre in his own easy-to-read style. On top of this, he is creating travel videos which will be posted to Youtube for all to see. And after being told he could never be a model because anyone who employed him could be accused of exploiting his illness, Martin vowed to fight such discrimination by participating with artists as a model and/or actor.
From this webpage you can find information about testimonials and press cuttings about his talks as well as information about the books he's written, including unreleased information relating to the characters. On top of this, links to the Youtube videos he'll be creating.
In a world full of pain, suffering and darkness, Martin is a big supporter of The Juliet Club and how they personally help anyone who writes to them with any problem under the sun.
Martin is disabled, unemployed and with a medical file so thick it used to be pushed around on a trolley at the Radcliffe Infrimary in Oxford but the Department for Work and Pensions has decided that he's still fit for work and taken away his financial support.
However, despite being repeatedly told he should apply for Job Seeker's Allowance, Martin is going it alone by trying to create his own work.
Andrea Prandi's art piece for the 2017 Venice International Art Festival is now available to see on the internet:
If you're in Venice between now and the 23rd November 2017 then please do visit the Guatemala Pavilion to see his work in person.
Also, if you are looking for an events venue in Verona for your business or a wedding then I can recommend this company to sort everything out for you:
And if you tell them that I sent you then that would also be nice.
